A learning specialist I am devoted to professional growth, and see knowledge and skillsets as fuel for talent, potential and discovery. For over 20 years, I’ve worked with individuals and teams at every level, across a world of industries and professions, guiding them to a vision and a sense of purpose.
Successful businesses in hospitality developed my skills in operation management, customer service, teamwork, recruitment and sales. The experience proved how leadership can inspire through clarity, consistency, and care, and in turn nurtured the philosophy of transforming a client into a fan.
I developed into Project Management in the Welfare to Work sector, managed major government contracts, established training centers and teams across the West Midlands and learnt unique insights into soft skills, inspiring people from all walks of life..
Employed full-time as a Trainer, as a Training Manager and as a Consultant, I’ve designed and facilitated hundreds of soft skills, leadership and business skills workshops nationally, and internationally, leading communication skill programmes across 12 countries. My work has engaged professional audiences from a diverse spectrum of cultures, job roles and industries.
Operations thrive by modelling encouragement, enthusiasm and recognition. These principles, combined with an experienced commercial background, transform workshops into experiential classrooms that are energising, motivational, practical and personal.
