As a learning & development specialist my dedication has been to the growth of people at every corporate level. Over the past two decades, my work has centred on helping individuals discover confidence, capability, and purpose—both in their professional performance and in their contribution to others.
My career began in hospitality management, where I learned the fundamentals of service, teamwork, and resilience. Progressing to director level in my early career provided a solid foundation in business operations and leadership. This experience evolved naturally into my life’s work: empowering others through learning and development.
Through wonderfully diverse responsibilities, I have designed and delivered transformative programs for both public and private sectors—from large-scale employability initiatives to international corporate workshops. My projects have ranged from building and leading multi-site training teams to facilitating soft skills programs for thousands of professionals across more than a dozen countries.
What distinguishes my approach is a belief that leadership is best expressed through encouragement, recognition, and collaboration. I bring an enthusiasm for people and a depth of business experience that enables learning to feel both personal and practical and have had the privilege of being mentored alongside exceptional professionals—HR leaders, CEOs, Lead Trainers, and change specialists—whose insight and partnership have enriched my understanding of how individuals and organisations thrive.

- The Big Brother Project: Designed and delivered a transformative two-week Personal Development course to hundreds of unemployed parents, inspiring ambitions and self-discovery.
- Welfare to Work Projects: Managed contracts and established four training centres and a team of 23 staff, facilitating impactful training programs that changed lives.
- Business Skills Training: Delivered nationwide, on-site training programmes to countless corporate and private organisations, impacting hundreds of executives and professionals across diverse industries.
- Training Management: In charge of the development and career planning of over 80 staff, including a sales team of 10, 2 senior owners/directors, a warehouse of supervisors and logistics technicians and a full compliment of administrative and accountancy teams.
- International Training Consultant: Facilitated hundreds of global soft skills workshops for thousands of delegates, through 13 cities and 12 countries.
